  3. Termination of Service

    • If you are moving, it is important that you terminate service with the CityIt is your responsibility to terminate service with the City (note: Joint Accounts). 
    • If you have moved and have not terminated service with the City, you will be responsible for any water usage and payment at that address. 
    • Termination of service must be completed a minimum of three (3) days prior to terminating service. 
    • Once you terminate service, your final bill will be mailed out immediately on your termination date and request to pay account balance in full.

    Billing:

    I understand that I will be responsible for paying all water, sewer, sanitation, and stormwater bills generated up to the date I requested below. Once service has been terminated on the date of your request, your final bill will be generated and mailed to the forwarding billing address we have on file.
