[ARCHIVED] City celebrates Customer Service Week

Several Fayetteville City Hall staffers dressed up like royalty during Customer Service Week

Customer Service Week 2022 (October 3-7) is in full swing at Fayetteville City Hall, as we celebrate our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and our customers.

Our CSRs provide a critical role in assisting Fayetteville residents, businesses, and others with everything from paying water bills and reporting solid waste collection issues to securing business licenses and answering any number of general questions. They are in many ways the eyes, ears, and voice of the City of Fayetteville, and we appreciate all they do to make our community a great place to live!

This year, Customer Service Week is being celebrated in the theme of Spirit Week. Monday was "Magnificent Monday," and CSRs and other City staff were dressed as royalty. Next is Tacky Tuesday followed by Wacky Wednesday, Camo Thursday, and Fabulous Friday (think purple). We are posting photos on the City's Facebook page and on the large monitors in the City Hall lobby and behind the Customer Service counters. A recap slideshow video will be published next week.
