Citizens Police Academy returns to Fayetteville March 9

Fayetteville, Georgia – January 6, 2023 – The Spring 2023 session of the Citizens Police Academy will return to Fayetteville Police Department Headquarters in March, and participant applications are due Friday, February 10.

The popular Citizens Police Academy is presented by the Fayetteville Police Department C.A.R.E. Unit, and sessions include:

  • Traffic Law
  • Fraud/Scams
  • Illegal Drug Trends
  • Crime Scene Investigations
  • Domestic Violence Abuse
  • Defensive Tactics
  • Firearms Safety
  • and more

Sessions take place every Thursday, 6 – 8:30 p.m., March 9 through May 11, at the Fayetteville Police Department Headquarters, 760 Jimmie Mayfield Boulevard, Fayetteville, Georgia 30215.
