Attorney of Record

Any attorney representing a defendant in the Fayetteville Municipal Court must first file an Entry of Appearance prior to the scheduled court date. Attorney filings are preferred to be sent by email to [email protected]Court personnel will respond within 24 hours during normal business hours (8am-5pm) Monday though Thursday. Please do not mail or fax duplicate copies if an email has previously been submitted. 

Requested Documents

Please provide all copies of requested documents related to your case in person or by email to [email protected] 

Example documents may include the following:

  • Defensive Driving Certificate
  • Proof of Insurance
  • Acceptance of Liability Letter
  • Receipts 
  • Etc.
