Attorney of Record

Any attorney representing a defendant in the Fayetteville Municipal Court must first file an Entry of Appearance prior to the scheduled court date. Attorney filings are preferred to be sent by email to [email protected]. Court personnel will respond within 24 hours during normal business hours (8am-5pm) Monday though Thursday. Please do not mail or fax duplicate copies if an email has previously been submitted.

• Acceptance of Liability Letter
• Receipts
