Court Dispositions

A disposition of your case is available 24 hours after your case has been adjudicated. Please complete an Open Records Request Form, when requesting a disposition. A certified disposition does require a payment of $5.00 per a case.

Record Restrictions

O.C.G.A. §35-3-37 provides for the restriction of certain criminal history records for non-criminal justice purposes when approved by the prosecuting attorney. For more information regarding Georgia Criminal History Records Restrictions please visit the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. Please read and complete the necessary sections on the Request to Restrict Record Application (PDF) and return to court personnel.
