Request for Updated Customer Information
In order for the Utility Billing Office to better serve you, please take a moment to complete this form to update your account information. The Utility Billing Office currently offers paper, text and e-bills. Also, going forward we will use this information to send out notification to residents in areas of any scheduled water outages. You may complete and submit the form here.

Any account set up as a joint account will require both persons to make any change to or termination of service with the City. In the event that both persons cannot be present, a notarized affidavit must be present for the absent person.
Ways to Pay and Payment Terms
There are many ways in which you can make payment. Payment Terms: Payments are due on or before the due date provided on the statement.
